Siouxland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was interviewed by AAOMS about the safety measures we have recently implemented. To help our patients and staff feel more safe and comfortable in our care, we have installed a negative pressure room as well as four mitigation units that suction into HEPA filters. We have also installed UVC disinfection lamps and air purifiers in the bathrooms. In addition, we practice social distancing and wear proper protective equipment.

“What we do at Siouxland Oral Surgery is above and beyond what most
practices do but well within our capability,” Dr. Miller said.
