Initially, what I came here for was my TMJ issues. I have chronic pain in my joint—both muscle and in the joint—and I’ve gotten my TMJ joint replaced, and also I have chronic pain and get muscle steroid injections as well. My procedure went great; it was over and done, which seemed like minutes, and I recovered fast, and I was back to work within a day. Both Dr. Miller and Dr. George are very, very good about getting me in, getting the knots out of my cheekbone and my jawline here [points to jaw]. They inject it, and it’s virtually painless, and I’m numb, and it’s good for about six to nine months afterwards. Both Dr. Miller and Dr. George are specialists with the jaw joint, and so naturally, that’s where I’m going to look is a specialist for this.
