We accept a wide variety of insurance plans and payment options including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, personal checks, and cash. We also offer financing plans through CareCredit and Citi Health Card to make our services as accessible as possible. Please contact our office to find out if we accept the insurance plan or payment method you plan on using for treatment.

Please note that any insurance estimate given is not a guarantee of coverage, and you will be responsible for any remaining balance on your account after insurance has provided their contribution. Financial Policies
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. You are responsible for any outstanding charges on your account regardless of insurance coverage. For your convenience, we are now able to accept payment online. Please use the button below to pay any outstanding charges on your account.
