Acceptable Forms of Payment
We accept Cash, Checks, Debit cards, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We also offer financing plans through Cherry Financing to make our services as accessible as possible.
Insurance Policies
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit insurance claims to any insurance. Please note that that any insurance estimate given is not a guarantee of coverage, and you will be responsible for any remaining balance on your account after insurance has provided their contribution. Please contact our office to find out if we are preferred providers with your insurance plan. The list of insurances we are preferred providers with include:

Financial Policies
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. You are responsible for any outstanding charges on your account regardless of insurance coverage. For your convenience, we are now able to accept payment online. Please use the button below to pay any outstanding charges on your account.
