Dr. Miller graduated from the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Temple University Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA in 1998. He attended Dental Residency at Ravenswood Hospital, Chicago, IL in 1993. Dr. Miller completed his Internship at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994. He graduated from the University Of Detroit Dental School in 1992. Dr. Miller’s Undergraduate degree in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario Canada was completed in 1988.
Dr. Miller Grew up in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada and moved to the USA in 1988. He spent 1978 sailing on the Tall Ships Te Vega and Te Quest in Europe and the Mediterranean. In 1970, he spent time in the North West Territories.
Dr. Miller became an American Citizen August 2007, changing his name from Denis Muhlstein, to Denis Miller.
He was the South Eastern District President of the South Dakota Dental Association in 2007.
Dr. Miller volunteers Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery services to Community Health Care patients in Sioux Falls and is a Clinical professor at the University of South Dakota Dental Hygiene Program, Vermillion, SD. He is also the board chairman for the Lake Area Vo-tech Dental Assistants Program in Watertown SD.
Dr. Miller joined Siouxland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in 1999.
